On this Dark/New moon of March, please join me as we go on a Shamanic journey with the Celtic Goddess Gráinne, Maiden in the Irish pantheon of the Divine Feminine. On our journey we connect with the energies of Gráinne - her fiestyness, dynamism and vitality as she transitions from child to woman via the menstrual cycle.

We will step into each phase of the menstrual cycle and connect with the moon phases and the archtypes Maiden, Mother, Queen and Crone and how they feel in your body during your menstrual cycle.

And when our journey is over, we will do a little ritual of painting what came up for us using beetroot juice to signify our Moon blood.
