Long before we consciously understood what it meant to bleed, our early experiences imprinted powerful beliefs about our bodies, our sexuality, and our worth. These formative moments quietly shape how we inhabit ourselves as women.
Together, we will explore:
How your first experiences of menstruation influenced your sense of identity.
The unconscious narratives many women carry about their bodies.
Why honouring your First Blood — your sacred rite of passage — is profoundly healing.
How reclaiming this forgotten threshold can transform your relationship with yourself.
When we consciously reclaim this part of our story, something powerful shifts. We return to ourselves. We reconnect to our womb space — not as something to manage, but as something sacred.

Daniella will share her own journey of reclamation — the moment she chose to see her cycle not as a burden, but as a source of wisdom and power. Her passion is rooted in guiding women and girls back to the innate magic of their womb space.
You will then be guided into a gentle transmission of the First Nations story, “The Half Girl.”
An ancient oral story from Borneo, shared in times when community was intact and girls were honoured at their first blood rite. A story of belonging. Of wholeness. Of remembering who you are.
We will close with a 10-minute Q&A to integrate and reflect.

Daniella is the founder of La Luna Devi, a sacred space for women and girls to gather, heal, and grow. With over 20 years in women's wellness, she holds circles, retreats, and 1:1 sessions rooted in the wisdom of the body and the cycles of the feminine.
Her journey has woven together herbal medicine, Lomi Lomi massage, Shamanic Womb Massage, Four Seasons Womb Awakening, Sacred oil Annointing and the path of the Myrrabearer, unveiling the sacred mysteries of the feminine — all in service of helping women come home to themselves.
Daniella holds this work with warmth, reverence, and a good dose of joy. She believes when women gather, the power of the circle can create transformation
Daniella also co-founded the Frome Women's Circle Collective, which secured funding from the local council to hold in-person monthly women's circles.
