In the Celtic tradition, the January Moon is known as the Old Moon, guiding us through the final stretch of Wintertime. As her quiet light returns, I warmly invite you to join me in crafting a Vision Board or Dream Chart — a playful yet profoundly powerful way to call in your future with holistic intention.
Early January does not demand resolutions or frantic activity simply because a Roman emperor once declared this the start of the year. If your heart longs to rest, to soften, to simply be, you are not alone. After many years of forcing resolutions, I chose instead to listen to my soul. I allowed myself to remain in gentle hibernation until I was truly ready to emerge, trusting that, like the Moon, I would wax into fullness in my own perfect timing.
Now, instead of resolutions, I create a Vision Board — an intuitive, soul-led practice that helps me dream into the year ahead and align with my deeper calling.
Celtic Goddess Aisling, whose name means Vision, has become my guide in this work. Through the Moon Mná way of creating a Vision Board, she helps me access the deep well of my subconscious. I am always amazed by what reveals itself. Often, I don’t understand the meaning of certain images or words until they blossom later in the year.
My invitation is for you to experience this magic for yourself, held in the company of like-hearted women. In your wildest dreams, how do you wish to further your destiny in the year ahead? Together in Circle, let us dream into the highest expression of our vocation.
